excellent breakfast elegant style charming area cold hostess difficult stairs cold night
The breakfast was excellent and had a lot of choice. the building has an elegant style, that i liked. the location is in a nice residential area. It was very charming.
the hostess was quite cold when i arrived. i had difficulty climbing the stairs with my luggage because there are three floors. it was a bit cold at night.

lovely stay
clean room free parking
our room was clean and spacious on arrival, i found the bed very comfortable. breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. we enjoyed both cooked breakfasts, fresh fruit, yogurts, and toast. the hotel provides free parking and is within a comfortable walking distance to the city center, about 20-30 minutes.
the key code for entry changed daily. i was not informed on the second day. i was left standing in the rain trying to get in for some time. fortunately, someone heard me and let me in.

warm welcome useful information
Carl welcomed me warmly and provided useful information. The breakfast service was efficient. The room had everything I needed. It was super clean. Staff helped me with my luggage and walking frame.
The bar was not open. It was advertised on the website. This was very inconvenient. I had to find another place nearby.

the breakfast had a self-serve counter, it included cereals and fruit. a full hot made-to-order breakfast was also available. the parking area behind the building had easy access, i found it very convenient.
the bathroom towels were a little small.

The hotel's location was very convenient for visiting the local park. The staff members at reception were helpful, and breakfast service was lovely. Breakfast promoted welsh products, a NICE detail.
I noticed some dust on the windowsills, suggesting they need a more thorough cleaning.
